Déchets de Batteries
Our processes are carried out in compliance with Environmental Legislation and CONAMA. We issue documentation and ensure traceability to the final destination.
Ecobraz Emigre carries out the collection, reverse manufacturing, and disposal of electronic equipment, also known as E-Waste or Digital Waste.
WHAT THEY ARE
A battery is an electrochemical device that can convert chemical energy into electrical energy.
Batteries are used to power electronic equipment. However, proper disposal procedures are still not widely known.
The process for recovering automotive batteries is well established.
PRECAUTIONS
Due to the toxic chemical substances they contain, post-consumer batteries should be stored in waterproof containers, such as plastic bags, and deposited at PEVs (Voluntary Delivery Points).
Avoid puncturing them and keep them away from heat.
If there is a leak, avoid contact of the liquid with the skin.
If contact occurs, wash the area thoroughly with running water and seek medical advice.
We collect all types of batteries, including:
• Lead-Acid (Car / Truck)
• Stationary (UPS / Emergency Light)
• Railway Battery
• Lithium Battery (Notebook, Cell Phone, Tablet)
• Traction Battery (Forklifts, Tractors)
• Marine Battery
• Industrial Battery
