How COP30 will redefine reverse logistics for electronics

The COP30 will establish robust guidelines to improve reverse logistics for electronics, strengthening sustainable management and compliance with current Brazilian legislation, such as the National Solid Waste Policy (Law No. 12.305/2010). The agreement provides for recycling targets, incentives for safe disposal and the expansion of e-waste collection.
