Ecobraz Emigre is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with over 16 years of dedication to the environmental cause in Brazil. Our mission is to perform the collection, reverse manufacturing, and proper disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) on a national scale, in addition to promoting environmental education and historical preservation.

As a non-profit entity, Ecobraz has no "owners" or shareholders seeking financial enrichment. Every resource that enters the organization has a single mandatory destination: funding the environmental and social operation itself.

The Ecobraz Carbon Token is presented in this document not as a financial product, but as a direct donation and financing instrument. It allows civil society and the global private sector to fund the logistics required to clean up cities—an activity that, due to its public utility nature and high operational costs, depends on financial support to remain active and free of charge for the population.

2. THE PROBLEM: THE MATHEMATICS OF REVERSE LOGISTICS

There is a misconception in the market, often romanticized by the term "Urban Mining," that electronic waste is an immediate and easy source of profit. This view ignores the operational reality.

2.1 The Operational Deficit Equation

To recover a single gram of material, a complex logistics chain is required, involving: displacement, door-to-door collection, sorting, manual dismantling, and final disposal.

In the B2C scenario (residential collection or small generators), the economic equation is frequently negative:

When the cost of dispatching a truck and a technical team to collect an item exceeds the market value of the materials contained within that item, an Operational Deficit is generated.

Since Ecobraz is an NGO, we do not aim for profit, but we require operational sustainability. Without an external funding mechanism, market logic dictates that this material should not be collected, resulting in irregular disposal in landfills and soil contamination.

The Ecobraz Carbon Token was created to cover this deficit. It is the tool that allows the Organization to continue offering free collection services to the population.

3. THE SOLUTION: HYBRID MODEL & CROSS-SUBSIDY

Ecobraz operates under an integrated ecosystem model. To understand the function of the token, one must understand what it funds. Our operations are divided into three pillars:

1. B2B Operation (Corporate): Technical services for large generators, focused on Information Security (Data Sanitization/LGPD) and Compliance. This vertical generates revenue for the organization's basic structural maintenance.
2. B2C Operation (Social/Door-to-Door): The core commitment of our mission. We perform individual collection at people's homes. This operation is financially deficit-prone and depends on subsidies.
3. Education & Culture:
   • Ecobraz Informa: Environmental journalism portal focused on combating climate disinformation.
   • Virtual Museum of Electronics: Preservation of technological history, where old equipment is cataloged and exhibited.

3.1 The Role of the Token

The Ecobraz Carbon Token acts as the subsidy element for pillars 2 and 3. The financial flow is auditable and direct:

Token Acquisition → B2C Operations Fund → Logistics Payment (Fuel/Staff) → Door-to-Door Collection Execution

By acquiring the token, the supporter becomes a Sponsor of National Reverse Logistics, ensuring the service continues to exist at no cost to the common citizen.

4. GOVERNANCE AND USE OF PROCEEDS

The credibility of the Ecobraz Carbon Token lies in the ethical application of funds. Ecobraz raises funds to cover the costs of a physical operation that already exists and is underway.

4.1 Allocation of Funds

By statutory definition of a non-profit organization, there is no dividend distribution. 100% of the net resources raised via Token are applied to Ecobraz's fronts:

1. Social Reverse Logistics: Funding free door-to-door collection (fuel, fleet maintenance, freight contracting, and street teams).
2. Reverse Manufacturing: Operational costs of the sorting center, dismantling, and Data Sanitization processes.
3. Educational Ecosystem Maintenance: Technical and content support for the Ecobraz Informa portal and curation of the Virtual Museum of Electronics.

5. IMPACT ROADMAP

Ecobraz's roadmap focuses exclusively on expanding social and environmental service capacity.

• Phase 1: Consolidation & Transparency (Current - 2026)
  Establishing the Ecobraz Carbon Token as a standard for traceable donations. Internal auditing of door-to-door collection flows. Critical Milestone: Publication of the First Transparency Report on December 1st, 2026.
• Phase 2: Social Logistics Expansion (2026 - 2027)
