IT disposal for companies and institutions
Computers and laptops that are no longer in use may contain data, batteries, boards, screens and components that require specific handling. Collection should take into account the condition of the assets, the quantity, the location and any need for inventory or data protection.
Equipment we handle
- Desktops, workstations, thin clients and laptops;
- Monitors, keyboards, mice, power supplies and chargers;
- Boards, memory modules, processors, cables and parts;
- HDDs, SSDs and storage media;
- Batches of decommissioned or damaged equipment.
Before the collection
Prepare an estimate of quantities, photos, the address and access conditions, and let us know whether the assets still contain data. For corporate batches, indicate whether you need a list by asset tag or serial number.
Data and reuse
The sanitisation or destruction method should be defined according to the media, the risk and the organisation's policy. Where reuse is possible and forms part of the scope, it should only take place after the approved data treatment has been completed.
