Made for the people who answer to head office

If you work in compliance, procurement or ESG at a multinational, your problem is rarely the disposal itself — it is the evidence. Your Brazilian operation has to dispose of IT assets and electronics in Brazil, under Brazilian law; the documentation has to satisfy people who will never visit São Paulo: group auditors, CSRD reporting teams, Scope 3 and supplier due diligence questionnaires. Ecobraz sells and performs the service in Brazil — and builds the documentation to be read, and verified, anywhere.

What we do

  • Corporate collection with certified destination — scheduled pick-up of IT assets, electronics and appliances at corporate sites across Greater São Paulo, with operations in other Brazilian regions assessed case by case. Corporate solutions
  • Data sanitisation and physical media destruction — recorded per media item, as scoped. Sanitisation · Physical destruction
  • Decommissioning projects — IT estates, data centres, branches and stores, run to a schedule with inventory and chain of custody. Data centre decommissioning
  • Reverse logistics programmes — recurring flows for manufacturers, importers, marketplaces and insurers. Reverse logistics

The three questions your auditor will ask

  1. Can you prove the destination of each asset? Whoever buys a scrap batch has no obligation to document anything. Under Brazil's National Solid Waste Policy, the waste generator's responsibility is shared — it does not travel with the lorry.
  2. Who answers if a data-bearing drive surfaces where it should not? The LGPD — Brazil's data protection law, the local counterpart to the GDPR — asks for your company, not for the buyer of the batch.
  3. Would the paperwork you hold survive an audit? A certificate that cannot be verified relies on trust — and audits exist precisely so that nothing has to rely on trust.

The evidence system — free for every client, no contract

Every collection generates proof at origin: photos and weights recorded at pick-up, the fiscal note (NF) and waste transport manifest (MTR), and a final destination certificate (CDF) where applicable — organised per collection, under your company's Brazilian registration (CNPJ), in the Ecobraz client portal. The full system is free for every client: no contract, no monthly fee, no exclusivity. Access is released with the registered e-mail. Specific services — express collection, specific technical reports, data sanitisation with a report, ESG reports — are paid separately, always with conditions in writing.

A certificate any auditor validates in seconds

The destination certificate carries a QR code. Point a camera at it and the system itself confirms the document's authenticity — no phone calls to Brazil, no translation, no benefit of the doubt required. It is issued after review by environmental engineering and signed by the technically responsible professional, ready for third-party audit.

How head-office compliance verifies remotely

  • Portal access from anywhere — the records of each collection, organised by date and operation.
  • Exportable history — volumes and documents by period, ready to feed the ESG or compliance system your group already uses. The data is yours.
  • Scope in writing — materials, exclusions, responsibilities and conditions agreed before each collection, so the evidence matches what was actually carried out. How the evidence is built

How to start

  1. Describe the operation — use the collection request form or WhatsApp. The team replies within 24 business hours, in English or Portuguese.
  2. See the demonstration — online, around 30 minutes: the QR certificate validated live in front of you and the portal with sample data. No commitment.
  3. First documented collection — scheduled within 1 to 7 business days after the technical assessment, with photos and weights recorded at origin.

Ecobraz and Villanova ESG

Ecobraz executes and documents the operation in Brazil. Villanova ESG, separately, structures supplier evidence for EU-facing decisions. The organisations are connected by Marcio Villanova, hold different roles, and neither certifies or audits the other. How the two organisations relate
