Fridges and freezers should not be abandoned on the street or dismantled without proper controls. They contain a compressor, oil, metals, plastics, electrical components and refrigerant gas. Collection depends on the address, the condition of the equipment and the handling conditions on site.
What to provide to receive an assessment
- Postcode (CEP) and collection address;
- Quantity and photos of the equipment;
- Whether the fridge is intact or dismantled;
- Floor, lift, stairs and distance to the vehicle;
- Whether the request is residential or business.
Commercial refrigeration and large batches
Bars, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and businesses can include freezers, display fridges, minibars and water dispensers in their request. Large volumes require planning for access, weight, crew and the collection window.
